Gourmet Coating was developed by a wildlife biologist while residing on a large National Wildlife Refuge in Northern Minnesota. Fishing was a way of life in those days and fish were a mainstay on the dinner table. After years of of taste testing and conducting fish fry's at local wildlife events, it became apparent that this was a product that should be shared and marketed at the National level. Many fishing folks and other wildlife officials in the Dakotas and Minnesota proclaim that it is one of the best they have ever eaten.
